Dr Terry McIvor
Founder/Ceo
Dr Terry McIvor setup his own accredited STEM school in the U.K. called AISR, it is through his academy he conducts his teaching and research. As well this, he founded the International Guild for Hypnotherapy, NLP and 3 Principles Practitioners and Trainers (IGH3P)
He is a an educationalist of over 20 years experience and has been accredited as a STEM and Science expert at level 6 and 7 by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (OFQUAL) in the U.K.
Dr Terry is also a NLP trainer and 3 Principles Coach.
He is trainer for most of the leading Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy professional bodies in the U.S. (ICBCH, Elman Institute and IACT)
Zita Bertha is the co-founder of AISR, the first private STEM Academy in Ireland.
Zita has a BSc (Hons) first class honours degree in Business and International HRM from Ulster University, and a level 4 Diploma (1st year degree) in Environmental Waste Management and Digital Marketing. Additionally, she is a certified Yoga Teacher by the World Yoga Alliance, as well as an ISSA-certified Nutritionist.
Zita has extensive experience in Graphic Design, Website Development, and UI Development for Apps, games, as well as managing large-scale projects, including Erasmus Plus.
As a Project Manager, Zita has successfully managed her teams to deliver high-quality results, and developed educational technology including mobile apps and games, interactive educational learning resources for primary, secondary and tertiary STEM curriculum.
Zita is committed to helping people lead happier, healthier lives through these practices and is always seeking to learn and grow in her field.

Deepika Nikam
Developer / STEM teacher
Deepika is a Computer engineer and academician by profession. She has a Masters of Engineering and a Degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune, India, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, India.
She has three years of experience as a lecturer in the Computer Engineering department of D.Y. Patil School of Engineering Pune, Maharashtra, India. It has given her the experience of delivering lectures and working on a project related to the use of retrieval magnets of facial duplication by search-based face annotation which was completed during her graduation and post-graduation.
